Russian forces have advanced near Hryshyne and Novooleksandrivka – DeepState maps
Analysts from the DeepState monitoring project have documented advances by the occupying forces near the settlements of Hryshyne and Novooleksandrivka in the Pokrovsk district of Donetsk Oblast.
An updated map of combat operations indicates increased pressure from the aggressor in this sector of the front, where the enemy is attempting to break through the defenders’ lines.
The Pokrovsk direction continues to see the highest intensity of assault operations, as also confirmed by operational data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The enemy is actively using infantry groups supported by artillery to dislodge Ukrainian units from their positions. Despite the difficult situation, the defense forces continue to hold back the Russian offensive, inflicting losses on the enemy in both personnel and equipment.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian army lost approximately 910 soldiers in the past 24 hours alone. Total estimated losses of Russian forces since the start of the full-scale invasion, as of April 24, 2026, are estimated at 1,323,460 personnel.
