Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, reported this on Telegram.
According to him, “In Odesa, a building belonging to a private company was damaged as a result of a nighttime attack by the Russian Federation. A fire broke out, which was quickly extinguished by emergency responders.”

There were no casualties. Cleanup efforts are ongoing at the site, Kipper noted.
