The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the Defense Forces damaged Russian ships in the port of Novorossiysk
On the night of March 2, the Security Service of Ukraine, together with the Defense Forces, carried out an attack on the maritime port in Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Krai, Russia, resulting in damage to several Russian military ships.
A source in the intelligence services told Ukrainska Pravda that the naval minesweeper “Valentin Pikul” was hit during the strike. Significant damage was also inflicted on the anti-submarine ships “Yeisk” and “Kasimov.”
In addition, the Russian military suffered personnel losses. Preliminary data indicate that three Russian sailors were killed and 14 were wounded.
Recall that powerful explosions were reported at the Belbek airfield in Crimea. Drones also attacked the Ilsky oil refinery and Sevastopol.
