Unmanned systems struck 2,270 enemy targets over the past 24 hours
Units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces struck or destroyed 2,270 enemy targets over the past 24 hours, on September 17. Among them were two naval vessels and 24 artillery systems.
Among the targets struck were:
- 462 personnel, of whom 236 were eliminated;
- 49 drone launch sites;
- 15 radar stations, electronic reconnaissance platforms, electronic warfare systems, and communications equipment;
- 122 vehicles;
- 24 artillery systems;
- 576 enemy unmanned aerial vehicles of the “copter,” “wing,” “Shahed,” and “Gerbera” types;
- 2 Russian Federation naval vessels.
Since the beginning of September (September 1–17), units of the Unmanned Systems Group have struck 35,355 enemy targets, 7,306 of which were enemy personnel.
This was reported on the morning of September 18 by the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces.
As a reminder, Russia struck a shopping center in Zaporizhzhia.
In Zaporizhzhia, the number of people injured as a result of a Russian FPV drone attack on a passenger bus has risen. Currently, eight people are known to have been injured—four men and four women. All are receiving the necessary medical care.
The enemy attacked a passenger bus in the Kosmichny district of Zaporizhzhia with an FPV drone. At the time of the attack, the bus was carrying passengers who were on their way to run errands.
