Defense forces are holding Dobropillya and eliminating the occupiers’ assault groups, — Azov
Ukrainian defense forces continue to hold Dobropillya in the Donetsk region, while Russian assault groups are being eliminated on the outskirts of the city.
The military unit emphasized that reports circulated by the Russian Ministry of Defense regarding the situation in Dobropillya are untrue.
“Ukrainian defense forces continue to control Dobropillya, despite the Russian Ministry of Defense’s false reports,” reads a statement from Azov.
Azov noted that the Russian Federation’s military and political leadership had planned to encircle Dobropillia this fall. However, according to Ukrainian military officials, this plan remains merely a stated Russian objective at this time.
“It remains only in the plans and false reports of Russian commanders,” Azov emphasized.
According to the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine “Azov,” Dobropillya remains under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
Russian assault groups, according to military officials, are being swiftly detected and eliminated on the outskirts of the city as they attempt to penetrate the space between positions.
Azov also released a video providing information on the situation in Dobropillia, the casualty ratios, and the tactics of Russian troops.
The Ukrainian military has urged citizens to rely on official statements from the Ukrainian Defense Forces and not to spread Russian disinformation.
This was reported by the 1st Corps of the Ukrainian National Guard “Azov” on Telegram.
