Defense forces struck an oil refinery in Tyumen

On June 20, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the Tyumen Oil Refinery (“Antipinsky”) in Russia, which is located more than 2,000 km from the Ukrainian border

According to military officials, the results of the strike are currently being assessed.

The facility is one of the largest oil refineries in Western Siberia, with an annual capacity of approximately 7.5–9 million metric tons of crude oil, and produces fuel, in particular for the needs of the Russian military.

Also, on the night of June 21, Ukrainian forces struck a number of targets in the temporarily occupied Crimea and on Russian territory.

In particular, there are reports of strikes on the “TES-Terminal-1” oil terminal in Kerch, where a fire was reported, and the “Kavkaz” port in the Krasnodar Krai, which is a key logistics hub for supplies to Crimea.

In addition, the Ukrainian military struck transportation infrastructure facilities used for military transport:

  • railroad bridges across the North Crimean Canal near Rozdolne;
  • a bridge near Petershagen in the Zaporizhzhia region;
  • a bridge across the Syvash in the Chongar area.

The General Staff also reported strikes on Russian command posts in the Pochayiv area of the Belgorod Oblast of the Russian Federation, UAV command posts in the Mirny and Novoivanivka areas (Zaporizhzhia Oblast), Komar (Donetsk Oblast), and Gorok (Bryansk Oblast).

The General Staff notes that all these facilities are used by the Russian army for logistics, command and control of units, and support of combat operations.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook

Ukrainian drones attacked the Russian ferry “Panagia,” which, according to Russian sources, was used to transport military cargo from the Krasnodar Krai to the temporarily occupied Crimea.

On the night of Saturday, June 21, drones attacked the port in Kerch in the temporarily occupied Crimea and the “Kavkaz” port in the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation, resulting in fires at the facilities.

In the Dnipro sector, particularly on the temporarily occupied left bank of the Kherson region, Russian troops are increasingly facing supply and logistics challenges. Ukrainian defense forces have intensified pressure on key supply routes, further complicating the movement and delivery of resources to the occupying forces.

A Ukrainian drone attack on targets in the Moscow region on Thursday served as yet another example that, according to CNN, confirms the effectiveness of Ukraine’s strategy of overwhelming Russian air defense systems through the massive use of drones.
