On Thursday, Russian occupiers killed 13 Ukrainian civilians
Over the past 24 hours, Russian attacks have claimed the lives of at least 13 people in various regions of Ukraine. More than 60 others were injured or suffered acute stress reactions. The regions of Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Donetsk, Kherson, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhia were targeted.
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops attacked several regions of Ukraine simultaneously. At least 13 people were killed as a result of the shelling and strikes, and more than 60 others were injured. The highest number of fatalities occurred in the Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
Kharkiv Region
Six people were killed in the Kharkiv region. Another 18 people were injured or suffered acute stress reactions. Among the victims was an eight-year-old girl. Russian troops attacked Lozova, Balakliya, Borova, and Andriivka in the Donetsk community.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian strikes claimed the lives of five people. Another 16 people were injured. Pavlohrad, the Kamyanskyi district, the Nikopol region, and Kryvyi Rih were targeted.
Odesa Region
In the Odesa region, one person was killed and three others were injured. Russian troops attacked a ship in one of the region’s ports. The strike resulted in fatalities and injuries.
Donetsk Region
In the Donetsk region, one person was killed during the day. Two others were wounded. Russian forces struck the Sloviansk community and Kramatorsk.
Kherson Region
In the Kherson region, 21 people were injured. Seven people were injured when a Russian drone struck a bus in Komyshany. Another five were injured in a drone attack on a minibus in Kherson.
In addition, nine people were injured in other drone attacks in Kherson.
Sumy Region
In the Sumy region, Russian attacks injured 13 people. Twelve of them were injured in Sumy by guided aerial bombs. Another person was injured in the Shostka community.
Zaporizhzhia Region
In the Zaporizhzhia region, at least seven people are known to have been injured. Russian forces struck Zaporizhzhia, Yulivka, Novoivanivka, Pidhirne, Mykilsk, and the Matviivka community.
Thus, in a single day, Russian attacks affected at least seven regions of Ukraine. The highest number of fatalities was recorded in the Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions, while the regions with the highest number of wounded were Kherson, Kharkiv, and Sumy.
In Kyiv, Russian shelling damaged the logistics center of the “Ranok” publishing house.
Russia cynically referred to the massive attack on Ukraine as a “retaliatory strike.”
