In the Black Sea, Russia attacked a ship flying the Tanzanian flag; the captain was killed
On September 17, a Russian drone attacked a Tanzanian-flagged vessel that was heading to one of Ukraine’s ports. The captain was killed in the attack, and three other crew members were injured.
Information regarding the vessel’s condition is currently being verified.
The ministry emphasized that Russia is systematically attacking Ukrainian ports, port infrastructure, and civilian merchant ships, posing a threat to people and international shipping in the Black Sea.
“We expect an appropriate response from the international community and further coordinated actions to strengthen the protection of civilian shipping and the security of international logistics routes,” the Ministry of Infrastructure emphasized.
This was reported by the Ministry of Recovery, Infrastructure, and Transport of Ukraine.
As a result of yet another attack by Russian drones, the warehouse of the “95 Kvartal” studio burned down. The fire destroyed the sets, costumes, and props that the team had used over the course of 20 years.
In Odesa, people were injured and warehouses were damaged due to the Russian attack.
