The General Staff confirmed that the oil refinery in Ryazan and ships in the Caspian Sea had been hit
The Ukrainian Armed Forces have confirmed that they have struck the Ryazansky oil refinery, enemy ships, ammunition depots, and radar stations.

Yesterday and overnight on May 15, 2026, units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a number of key targets belonging to the Russian occupiers. In particular, the Ryazansky oil refinery in Ryazan (Ryazan Oblast, Russian Federation) was hit. A large-scale fire was reported on the facility’s grounds.
The Ryazansky Oil Refinery is one of the largest oil refining enterprises in the Russian Federation. Its refining capacity is approximately 17 million tons of oil per year. The plant produces gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel used to meet the needs of Russian occupation forces.
In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a small missile boat and a minesweeper at the “Kaspiysk” base.
Enemy ammunition depots in the areas of Yepifanivka and Rovenky in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk Oblast were also struck.
A strike was carried out on a logistics depot in Raigorodka in the temporarily occupied territory (TOT) of Luhansk Oblast, as well as on an enemy electronic warfare (EW) depot in Dmytrivka in the TOT of Donetsk Oblast.
Ukrainian troops also struck an FSB technical reconnaissance coastal post in Mariupol in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk Oblast: an MR-232 “Bussol-S” radar station and an optoelectronic module were hit. Additionally, an enemy fuel and lubricant depot in Mariupol was struck.
