According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, the strike was recorded at a 16-story residential building in the Darnytskyi district of the capital.
“A strike on a 16-story residential building has been recorded in the Darnytskyi district. Information regarding casualties is being verified. Emergency services are heading to the scene,” the administration’s statement reads.
Emergency services are being dispatched to the scene. Experts are assessing the extent of the damage and verifying information about possible casualties.

Since the evening of September 8, Russian troops have shelled four districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 20 times. The occupiers used drones in the attacks; three people were injured as a result of the strikes.
