Video: Drones Attacked the Iskra Plant and the Perm Oil Refinery in Russia

In Russia, on the night of September 24–25, the Iskra plant in Ulyanovsk and the Perm Oil Refinery were targeted. 

 

According to local residents, the JSC “NPP Iskra Plant” in Ulyanovsk—which is part of the Almaz-Antey Concern and specializes in the production of electronic components for computer equipment, communications devices, and radio-electronic equipment.

The plant is directly involved in import substitution programs for the Russian defense industry and the aerospace sector. The company recently expanded its capacity by opening a new large production facility for the manufacture of digital units and microwave modules (for radar systems).

Meanwhile, in Perm, Lukoil’s Perm Oil Refinery (PNOS) came under attack. This strategically important facility, with a refining capacity of over 13 million metric tons of crude oil per year, is one of the largest in Russia and produces a wide range of petroleum products, including automotive gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, and jet fuel.

In the Dnipro district of Kyiv, a residential area was destroyed as a result of a Russian attack on September 24. According to preliminary reports, there were no fatalities among residents.

Also, in Obolon, a UAV crashed onto the grounds of a garage cooperative.

Russia launched a missile attack on Kyiv on the night of September 24, leaving two people dead and eight injured.
