A child was killed in Vyshhorod as a result of a nighttime attack by the Russian Federation on the Kyiv region

On the night of September 30, Russian forces launched a missile and drone strike on the Kyiv region. As a result of the attack in Vyshhorod, a child was killed; there were also injuries and damage to residential buildings and infrastructure.

 

In Vyshhorod, a private home was destroyed by a direct hit. During rescue operations, emergency responders pulled three people from the rubble: a man suffered shrapnel wounds to the head, a woman sustained leg injuries, and a child experienced acute stress reaction. Unfortunately, rescuers found the body of another child under the rubble of the house.

In the Vyshhorod district, private homes were damaged and destroyed, fires broke out in homes and garages, and windows in buildings were shattered. The Bucha district also suffered damage, where three private homes, 11 cars, and two storage facilities were damaged, and a fire broke out. In addition, the effects of the enemy attack were recorded at infrastructure facilities in the Bucha, Vyshhorod, and Obukhiv districts, where emergency services are currently continuing their work.
