Russia's casualties have once again exceeded 1,000 soldiers per day
Over the past day, the Russian army has lost another 1,350 soldiers in the war against Ukraine. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia’s total personnel losses have already approached 1.4 million.
Russian troops continue to suffer significant losses on the front lines. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of June 27, 2026, Russia has lost approximately 1,399,720 troops since the start of the full-scale war. In the last 24 hours alone, these losses increased by another 1,350 personnel.
In addition to personnel, Ukrainian defenders continue to destroy enemy military equipment. According to the General Staff, over the past day, the Russian army lost:
- 1 tank;
- 12 armored combat vehicles;
- 58 artillery systems;
- 3 multiple launch rocket systems;
- 1,951 tactical-level drones;
- 3 cruise missiles;
- 11 ground-based robotic systems;
- 488 vehicles and tanker trucks;
- 5 units of specialized equipment.
In total, since the start of the full-scale invasion, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia has lost:
- 12,060 tanks;
- 24,835 armored combat vehicles;
- 44,857 artillery systems;
- 1,899 multiple launch rocket systems;
- 1,447 air defense systems;
- 436 aircraft;
- 353 helicopters;
- 375,611 tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles;
- 4,790 cruise missiles;
- 33 ships and boats;
- 2 submarines;
- 112,634 vehicles and tanker trucks;
- 4,353 units of specialized equipment;
- 1,740 ground-based robotic systems.
The General Staff emphasized that the tally of losses is ongoing, so the figures provided may be revised. “The data is being refined,” the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted.
