The Ukrainian Armed Forces have disrupted Russian logistics on the left bank of the Kherson region

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have disrupted Russian logistics on the left bank of the Kherson region

In the Dnipro sector, particularly on the temporarily occupied left bank of the Kherson region, Russian troops are increasingly facing supply and logistics challenges. Ukrainian defense forces have intensified pressure on key supply routes, further complicating the movement and delivery of resources to the occupying units.

This was stated by Yevhen Kravchenko, nicknamed “Deputy,” commander of the second artillery battery of the artillery division of the 34th Separate Marine Brigade “Borysfen.”

According to the officer, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are systematically striking the enemy’s logistics routes. This prevents the occupiers from transporting personnel, ammunition, and other necessary resources to the front lines.

“The enemy is currently in a very difficult situation on the left bank of occupied Kherson Oblast. We are preventing them from reaching the front lines and establishing logistics. Now, logistics have become difficult not only to the front lines but also to the occupied Kherson region in general,” the military official noted.

Recently, Russian military equipment has been virtually invisible in the brigade’s area of responsibility. If the invaders are moving in this direction at all, they are doing so mainly on foot and taking a significant detour.

Despite the difficulties, Russian artillery continues to shell the right-bank part of the Kherson region. However, due to the constant threat of strikes from Ukrainian artillery and FPV drones, the enemy has been forced to withdraw its firepower.

Towed artillery pieces, which the occupiers carefully camouflage in the Oleshky Sands area, currently pose the greatest challenge to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The use of multiple launch rocket systems has also been observed, but their positions are quickly detected and neutralized.

Ukrainian defenders are paying particular attention to countering enemy drone operators who are attacking Kherson and surrounding settlements. Currently, thanks to the comprehensive actions of the Defense Forces, a significant portion of Russian FPV drones and other UAVs simply do not reach the city, according to Armyinform.

On the night of June 20, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of Russian military targets. Among the targets was a bridge near Henichesk, which the occupiers use to transport equipment and resupply their troops between occupied Crimea and the southern front.

In Taganrog, Russia, a power substation that supplied electricity to the “Atlant-Aero” defense plant was damaged. As a result, production lines involved in the manufacture of drones were disrupted.

In the temporarily occupied Crimea, fires broke out at a number of energy and infrastructure facilities following a nighttime attack. In particular, there are reports of fires at the Tavriya Thermal Power Plant and gas facilities in various regions of the peninsula.
