Yemeni army reports more than 20 airstrikes on Houthi targets
The Yemeni army said that more than 20 airstrikes were carried out against Houthi positions and military facilities in the central province of Al-Bayda. According to the military, the attacks caused significant losses among Houthi personnel and equipment.

As Anadolu Agency reports, the Yemeni Armed Forces Media Center identified the targets as Houthi positions, gatherings, vehicles, missile launchers, and a communications system. According to its data, the strikes took place in the districts of Az-Zahir, Dhi Na'im, As Sawadiyah, and Mukayras.
The military did not provide specific figures for the claimed losses in personnel and equipment. Earlier the same day, the Yemeni army also said that its aircraft struck dozens of Houthi trucks which, according to its information, were transporting weapons, ammunition, and missiles from Taiz to Sanaa. Yemen's capital is under Houthi control.

Claim of drone shootdown
Separately, the government-affiliated Giants Brigades said they shot down a Houthi FPV strike drone before it reached its target. The formation did not specify where the drone was intercepted and did not say what facility it was intended to attack.
The Houthis did not comment on these claims. Amid intensified fighting, they reported advances on Yemen's western coast, while government forces said they were advancing in the northern province of Al-Jawf and carrying out strikes on Houthi positions in Taiz, Lahj, and Al-Dhalea.
The conflict in Yemen has continued since 2014, when the Houthis seized Sanaa and several provinces. In 2015, a Saudi Arabia-led coalition intervened on the side of Yemen's internationally recognized government.
