Casualties after airstrikes
According to Lebanon's Ministry of Health, at least seven people were killed as a result of Israeli airstrikes in several areas of the country's south on Sunday. More than 20 others were injured.
The attacks occurred despite a framework agreement signed by Israel and Lebanon on June 26 with US support. It provides for Israel's gradual withdrawal from Lebanese territory in exchange for the deployment of the Lebanese army.
