At the G7 summit, partners backed the strengthening of Ukraine’s air defense capabilities and the supply of Patriot systems — Zelenskyy
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that during a special session of the G7 summit dedicated to Ukraine, international partners expressed their support for the Ukrainian state’s key security and energy needs.
According to the head of state, the main topics of discussion included an additional energy aid package, strengthening air defense systems, supplying additional missiles for Patriot systems, and expanding defense production capabilities.
Zelenskyy noted that the meeting participants demonstrated a shared understanding of the situation on the front lines and the prospects of the war.
“Everyone understands that Russia is not winning,” the president emphasized.

The discussion on the Ukrainian issue took place during the G7 summit with the participation of G7 leaders and the President of Ukraine.
