Tusk congratulated Magyar on his victory and announced Hungary's return to Europe
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk reacted emotionally to the results of the parliamentary elections in Hungary, where the opposition party “Tisa” emerged victorious.
The Polish leader publicly released a clip of a phone conversation with the country’s new political favorite, Péter Magyar, expressing his full support for the changes in the neighboring country.
The video shared by Donald Tusk captures the moment he directly addressed Magyar immediately after the election results were announced.
“Peter? I’m so happy! Maybe even happier than you—I think you know that,” the head of the Polish government says sincerely, making no secret of his satisfaction at the defeat of the previous regime.
