Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences set to become the world’s tallest residential tower
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is being developed in Dubai as a residential tower that aims to become the tallest residential building in the world. The project is located in Business Bay and is being delivered in collaboration between Binghatti Developers and Jacob & Co. The tower will rise to around 557 metres and will comprise 104 residential floors, positioning it within the ultra-luxury property segment.
The architectural form of the building is inspired by the signature aesthetic of Jacob & Co’s jewellery design. The glass façade with gold-toned accents extends vertically and culminates in a crown-like structure that visually resembles a cut diamond, reinforcing the symbolic character of the tower as a prestige-oriented development.
At the top levels, the project features five exclusive penthouses offering panoramic views over Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Water Canal. The residences are named after iconic Jacob & Co timepiece collections, with interiors reflecting the stylistic themes of the brand. The Billionaire Penthouse is presented as the landmark element of the tower.
Amenities include infinity pools, spa facilities, a fitness space with personal training services, a cigar lounge and a 24-hour concierge. The development is positioned as an ultra-premium lifestyle residence. Prices begin at approximately AED 8.2 million and may reach up to AED 175 million for the penthouse units.
