Satirical Trump sculpture displayed in Dublin ahead of his visit to Ireland
In Dublin, Ireland, ahead of US President Donald Trump’s visit, the satirical sculpture “The Trash Talker” is being exhibited. The work by artist TinKicker from County Wexford depicts Trump peering out of a rubbish bin and covered in trash.
Sculpture at a Dublin gallery
The figure recreates the clenched-fist gesture that Trump posed with during his election campaign after an assassination attempt against him. Photos of the work went viral after it appeared last month at the CAN-AL Fest in St Mullins. The sculpture is now on display at the Teal House Gallery in Dublin, RNZ World reports.

Planned visit programme
Trump is expected to arrive at Dublin Airport aboard Air Force One on Saturday evening, New Zealand time. His two-day visit has prompted one of the largest security and policing operations ever carried out in the Republic of Ireland.
According to the programme, the US president is to visit Irish President Catherine Connolly at her official residence and Prime Minister Michael Martin at Farmleigh House, the state residence for official guests in Dublin’s Phoenix Park. Trump is also expected to speak at the residence of US Ambassador Edward Walsh, attend the Irish Open tournament at the Trump International Golf Links golf club in Doonbeg, which he owns, and then depart from Shannon Airport.
