In Poland, a farmer found drone debris in a field
In Poland’s Mazovia Province, a farmer discovered the wreckage of a drone while working in a field. After the discovery was reported, police, firefighters, and representatives of relevant agencies arrived at the scene.
According to preliminary findings by law enforcement, the drone discovered in Hlupianka is a civilian aircraft that the operator likely lost control of.
It is noted that the device was cylindrical in shape, approximately 50 centimeters long, and equipped with control elements and a damaged propeller.
After receiving the report about the drone, the area was secured, and firefighters and specialists first checked the object for explosive components.
No explosive threat was detected.
The drone is currently under guard, and law enforcement officials are working to identify its owner and determine the circumstances of its appearance in the field.
In accordance with established procedures, the Military Gendarmerie and the Polish Internal Security Agency were notified of the discovery.
Law enforcement agencies are continuing their investigation to determine the drone’s origin and the identity of its operator.
The incident occurred in the village of Hlupianka, where a man noticed an object resembling a drone in a field.
This was reported by RMF24.
As a reminder, Polish investigators are once again working at the site where a Russian missile crashed in Tarnów-Kolonia in the Lublin region. After further analysis of the collected evidence, it became clear that another piece of debris may still be there. Special equipment capable of scanning the ground at significant depths has been deployed to locate it.
