Ukrainians Listed the Pros and Cons of Living in Croatia
Ukrainians who moved to Croatia after the start of the full-scale war shared their impressions of life in the country.
Among the main advantages, they cite safety, the clean sea, beautiful nature, friendly locals, a relaxed pace of life, access to free healthcare for Ukrainians under temporary protection, and a well-developed tourism infrastructure.
At the same time, among the drawbacks, Ukrainians note high prices for rent and groceries, difficulties finding work, slow bureaucracy, a shortage of spots in daycare centers, and widespread smoking in public places.
According to those interviewed, a person needs to earn about 2,000 euros a month to live comfortably in Croatia.
