USA Igwesi appointed coordinator in Enugu State — Premium Times Nigeria
In Nigeria, USA Igwesi has been appointed coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors organization in Enugu State. This was stated in a press release published by Premium Times Nigeria. According to it, the appointment was approved by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu after his candidacy was nominated by Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah.
Appointment letter
The decision was communicated in an official letter signed by Renewed Hope Ambassadors Director General, Governor Hope Uzodimma. The letter stated that Igwesi’s appointment was connected to his dedication, capacity, and alignment with the organization’s vision and goals.
As state coordinator, Igwesi is to coordinate the activities of Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Enugu, mobilize stakeholders, promote the principles of the initiative, and ensure the implementation of programs at the local level.

Coordinator’s duties
According to the letter, Igwesi will also oversee the organization’s activities at the state level, attract support and partners, maintain communication with the national secretariat, and report to it. Renewed Hope Ambassadors, headquartered in Abuja, urged the new coordinator to perform his duties conscientiously and uphold the organization’s reputation.
Igwesi, also known as Ikemba, is the chairman of the New Enugu Smart City Development Authority. He previously served as majority leader in the Enugu State House of Assembly and as a member of Nigeria’s House of Representatives for the Nkanu East and Nkanu West federal constituency.
