Video: Dubai’s most expensive district, Palm Jumeirah, comes under Iranian fire
Iran launched missiles at targets in several Middle Eastern countries and carried out a large-scale drone attack on Israel. The United Arab Emirates also came under fire. Most of the missiles were intercepted by air defense systems. Reports indicate that one civilian was killed, while the U.S. Embassy urged its citizens to remain in shelters.

Palm Jumeirah is a unique man-made island built in the shape of a palm tree in the Persian Gulf off the coast of Dubai(United Arab Emirates). It is one of the world’s most famous modern engineering projects and a major tourist and residential area in the city.
Earlier, on the morning of February 28, Israel carried out what it described as a “preemptive” strike on targets in Iran. A state of emergency was declared in the country, and its airspace was closed.
Before the United States and Israel launched strikes on Iran, several key members of the U.S. Congress were reportedly briefed about the operation, although a full legal justification was not provided.
Dozens of missiles were launched over the Persian Gulf and toward Israel as Iran responded to actions by the United States and Israel (Photo, Video).
