1. This Agreement applies to the website (information portal) ua.news (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned by NEWS FLASH INFORMATION AGENCY LLC, EDRPOU code 40975806, 01001, Kyiv, Shota Rustaveli St., 16 (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”).
2. This Agreement is a contract of adhesion. The fact of visiting the Website by a visitor constitutes the visitor’s full acceptance of this Agreement and confirms their consent to the terms set forth below.
3. During the visitor’s use of the Website, the Owner may collect and process data related to the visit to the Website, including:
3.1. cookies;
3.2. IP addresses;
3.3. parameters and settings of Internet browsers;
3.4. information about the connection, traffic, as well as the date, time, and duration of the Internet connection.
These data are anonymized and are not considered personal data. Automated decisions made during the processing of visit data from the website’s log files have no legal consequences for visitors.
4. The Owner may include the collected data in log files starting from the visitor’s first visit to the Website. The data retention period covers the time during which the visitor uses the Website and three subsequent years after the visitor’s last visit.
5. The Owner may process the Website visit data by any means to determine topics of interest, improve content quality, and prepare reports for advertisers regarding banner and other ad impressions.
6. The Owner may use anonymized data for targeting advertising and/or informational materials and for conducting statistical research.
7. The Owner has the right to transfer data, in whole or in part, to third parties without notifying the visitor in the following cases: to persons who manage, possess, or own the Website; to a new owner and/or Holder of the Website for processing for the purposes specified in this Agreement.
8. When visiting the Website, third-party Internet resource codes may be embedded on the Website pages, resulting in such third parties obtaining the data specified in clauses 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 of this Agreement. Such third-party resources include:
8.1. website visit analytics systems (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.);
8.2. social plugins (blocks) of social networks (e.g., Facebook, Google+, etc.);
8.3. ad display systems (e.g., AdRiver, etc.);
8.4. other resources.
9. The Website visitor has all rights regarding the protection of their personal data as provided by the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”
10. Data processing is carried out in premises where the equipment ensuring the Website’s functionality is located. The Owner takes all legally prescribed measures to protect data, including processing data on equipment located in restricted-access premises.
11. The Owner reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement unilaterally. In such a case, all changes will be published at https://ua.news/en/privacy_policy and will become binding for Website visitors five (5) days after publication.
12. Data subjects have all rights defined by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” in particular:
12.1. the right to withdraw consent or to make reservations regarding previously given consent;
12.2. the right to access their personal data, the right to object to personal data processing, and the right to demand correction or deletion of personal data if such data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;
12.3. the right to protection from the dissemination of false information that may damage the honor, dignity, or business reputation of an individual.

14. Visitors have the right to file complaints regarding personal data processing to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights (contact information available at https://ombudsman.gov.ua/) and to take legal measures of protection.
