The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has fined the companies “KranTechElectro,” “Port and Fleet,” and “TechMorPostach” a total of over 9 million UAH for anti-competitive collusion during public procurement.

According to the AMCU, “KranTechElectro” and “Port and Fleet” coordinated their actions during a tender for the repair of gantry cranes for the Reni Sea Trade Port. The expected value of the procurement exceeded 20 million hryvnias.

Additionally, “KranTechElektro” and “TechMorPostach” were found to have colluded during the procurement of goods for the Izmail Sea Trade Port worth over 15 million hryvnias.

During the investigation, the committee established evidence of coordinated actions, information exchange, and communication among the bidders, which led to the distortion of the tender results.

The total amount of fines was 9,076,415 hryvnias. In addition, the companies may lose the right to participate in public procurement for three years.
