Most Americans consider Trump's economic policies to be harmful

According to a poll commissioned by Fox News, 56% of Americans believe that the Trump administration’s actions are harming the U.S. economy, while only 28% view them positively. Citizens cite high prices for food, fuel, and housing as the main problems. 

These were the results of a poll commissioned by Fox News.

Among Republican Party supporters, 57% of those surveyed expressed support for the president’s policies, and among the group of radical MAGA supporters, this figure reaches 70%. However, excluding MAGA activists, the approval rating among Republicans stands at only 30%. At the same time, two-thirds of Americans support ending the war against Iran as soon as possible, although Trump claims there is no reason to rush on this issue. Currently, 60% of respondents consider fuel prices a critical problem, which is double the figures from September 2025.

Trump’s approval rating in the U.S. has hit another low. The main reasons for voters’ disappointment are the sharp rise in fuel prices and public opposition to the military conflict with Iran.
