2026 World Cup: Match Results and Schedule
The 2026 World Cup has officially kicked off and is gradually gaining momentum. Ahead lie a series of intense matches, the battle for a spot in the playoffs, and showdowns between the world’s strongest national teams.
The World Cup opened with a match between Mexico and South Africa at the legendary Azteca Stadium in Mexico City.
The quadrennial tournament is being held in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The tournament runs from June 11 to July 19, and for the first time, 48 national teams are participating.

The Ukrainian national team will not participate in the 2026 World Cup, having been eliminated in the playoff round after a 1–3 loss to Sweden.
