The Ministry of Defense is launching a program to target the Russian military's logistics — Fedorov

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense is launching the "Logistical Lockdown" program, aimed at systematically dismantling the logistics and rear support capabilities of the Russian Federation's army.

This was announced by Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.

According to him, the program involves scaling up “middle strike” operations against the enemy’s operational rear to deprive the occupiers of the ability to conduct active assault operations. In the first phase, the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff have allocated 5 billion hryvnias to purchase the necessary equipment for the most effective units.

Fedorov noted that over the past few months, Ukraine has quadrupled its destruction of enemy logistics, warehouses, equipment, and command posts, and the results of centralized procurement should become noticeable as early as this summer.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine struck Russian command posts and logistics in the temporarily occupied territories.

Ukrainian drones struck S-300 air defense systems and Russian warehouses in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.

SBU drones struck an oil pumping station near Moscow.
