Orbán to fly to Moscow for meeting with Putin
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will travel to Moscow this week for a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
This was reported by journalist Szabolcs Panyi on Facebook.
According to his source familiar with the details of the trip, Orbán is expected to meet Putin on Friday, 28 November.
However, there has been no official confirmation of the meeting yet.
It is worth noting that in October 2023, Orbán met Putin in China, where he referred to Russia’s war against Ukraine as a “military operation.”
Orbán and Putin later held a telephone conversation to coordinate preparations for a planned summit with US President Donald Trump in Budapest, which ultimately did not take place.
