More than 1,100 applications were submitted through "Diy" following the massive attack on the Kyiv region

Following the massive Russian attack on May 24, residents of Kyiv and the Kyiv region have already submitted 1,133 applications for compensation and the restoration of damaged homes through the “Diya” app.

This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine and Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksii Kuleba.

According to him, 986 reports were submitted in Kyiv over the past 24 hours alone, with another 147 in the Kyiv region.

Kuleba urged people whose homes were damaged or destroyed as a result of the attack not to delay in submitting applications for compensation under the “eRecovery” program.

He reminded that the program provides compensation both for the repair of damaged housing and for the reconstruction or purchase of new housing in the event of complete destruction of the property.

The minister also appealed to local authorities to promptly document the damage and assist those affected in the process of receiving aid.
