Putin ordered preparations for an attack on Ukraine
Russian dictator Putin has instructed the Russian Ministry of Defense to prepare proposals for a response following the strike on the temporarily occupied Luhansk region.
This is reported by Russian media.
Putin stated that six people were allegedly killed as a result of the strike on a building in occupied Starobilsk, and another 15 are considered missing.
According to him, “limiting ourselves to mere statements” is impossible in this situation. He also called the attack a “terrorist act” and claimed that the strike was allegedly not accidental.
There is currently no independent confirmation of the Russian side’s statements regarding the circumstances of the incident and the number of victims.
As a reminder, Russia attacked a substation in the Kramatorsk district with an FPV drone.
In the Zolochiv community of the Kharkiv region, a Russian drone attacked the Hryhorii Skovoroda National Literary and Memorial Museum.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a critical infrastructure facility was damaged as a result of Russian shelling. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties.
