This was reported by military officials, who noted that the enemy is adjusting its tactics on the front lines in an attempt to increase the effectiveness of its offensive operations. According to him, Russian units are increasingly operating in very small groups—sometimes even in pairs or alone—attempting to move unnoticed across open terrain or along tree lines under the cover of aerial reconnaissance.
“There are even cases now where they go one by one… covering 500 meters… In other words, they’ve become active again, having built up their personnel. It seems like they have an endless supply of them,” the soldier noted.
He also added that Russian troops have likely become better prepared to counter Ukrainian drones. In particular, they are attempting to shoot down FPV drones and reconnaissance UAVs, and they are better oriented during combat operations.
According to the soldier, the enemy’s fear of being hit has decreased, and their tactics are gradually adapting to the conditions of modern warfare with the active use of drones.
Ukrainian defenders continue to track and destroy enemy groups in this sector.
