A state of emergency was declared twice in the region overnight and in the morning due to drones, and subsequently, the “Kover” plan was activated in Perm with a subsequent expansion of its coverage area. For several hours, air raid sirens, explosions, and the operation of air defense systems could be heard in the city.
According to monitoring channels, oil transportation infrastructure facilities, including the “Perm” linear production and dispatch station, may have been hit again. Due to the situation in the city, loudspeakers announced an accident involving the release of a hazardous substance.
There were also reports of the evacuation of students from a school in the Industrial District, located near the infrastructure facility. Published videos show children being led out of the building in an organized manner.
