In the Moscow Region, a drone crashed into a residential building, killing a six-month-old infant. Three other people were injured.

According to preliminary reports, the drone lost control as a result of Russian electronic warfare (EW) systems

Earlier, Andrei Vorobyov, governor of the Moscow region, reported on the consequences of the attack. According to him, a six-month-old infant was killed in the strike, and three other people sustained injuries of varying severity.

In recent weeks, drone attacks on Russian territory—particularly in the Moscow region—have become significantly more frequent. As a result, Russian authorities regularly report on the operation of air defense systems and electronic warfare systems in areas at risk of attack.

A video has surfaced online showing the moment a drone crashed into a house in the city of Yegoryevsk, near Moscow.

As a reminder, on the morning of June 30, residents of the Moscow region reported a massive swarm of drones flying toward Moscow. As a result of air defense operations, a drone was reported to have struck a high-rise building.

As a reminder, on the night of June 26, drones attacked the Azot plant in Novomoskovsk, Russia, which is one of the key facilities for the Russian Federation’s defense-industrial complex. Local residents reported explosions that lasted several hours, and the smell of ammonia was detected in the area around the plant.

On June 25, explosions were heard in Ufa, Russia, after which a thick column of black smoke was visible near one of the industrial facilities.
