A modified Ariel Nomad off-road vehicle completed the Morocco Desert Challenge 2026 in Morocco, covering more than 1,700 miles of challenging desert terrain over eight days. The vehicle finished without mechanical failures, Motor1 reports.

Vehicle preparation

Ariel helped the Nomad’s owner prepare the vehicle for the competition. The vehicle received upgraded suspension, which increased ground clearance and widened the track. The off-road vehicle was also fitted with reinforced drive shafts and Öhlins shock absorbers.
