A Kyiv resident will stand trial for the illegal construction of a tire repair shop in Pushcha-Vodytsia
The Obolon District Prosecutor’s Office in Kyiv has filed an indictment with the court against the chairman of the board of a car cooperative who, without the necessary permits, built a tire repair shop on a municipal land plot that had been unlawfully occupied in Pushcha-Vodytsia.
His actions have been classified under Part 4 of Article 197-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
It has been established that the defendant did not possess any documents establishing his rights to the land plot located in Pushcha-Vodytsia. The land plot in question is municipally owned and is located within the second zone of the resort’s sanitary protection district (restricted zone), according to the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office.
As a reminder, Russian troops attacked 54 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours, carrying out 979 strikes. Three people were killed as a result of the enemy shelling, and another 24 residents were injured.
Russian forces struck a residential building in the Kyiv region, injuring five people.
In the Kherson region, one person was killed and 11 others were wounded as a result of Russian strikes.
