A large-scale wildfire in the Kyiv region has been burning for four days now
Near the village of Bohdany in the Vyshhorod District, firefighters have been battling a large-scale forest fire for the fourth day in a row.
Due to the heat and strong winds, the fire spread rapidly across the area, and the fire line stretched for several kilometers.
Units of the State Emergency Service, aircraft, dozens of foresters, and specialized equipment have been deployed to combat the fire. Strong winds are constantly changing the direction of the flames, and some pockets of the fire that had been extinguished are reigniting.

Forest rangers and rescue workers are trying to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading further. The State Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine” hopes to complete the containment by the end of the day.
