In Kyiv, 18 additional shuttle trains were added to the circular commuter rail line connecting the two banks of the Dnipro River

From October 5 to 9, 18 additional shuttle trains on the circular line will operate in the capital. They will provide service between the left and right banks of the Dnipro River.

 

This was announced on the official Kyiv City Express Telegram channel.

“From October 5 to 9, we are scheduling 18 additional Kyiv City Express shuttle trips on the Vydubychi–Darnitsa–Vydubychi route so that you can quickly and without traffic jams get to work, run errands, or return home amid heavy traffic on Kyiv’s bridges,” the announcement states.

As noted, the additional shuttle services will run during peak hours: from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

At the “Vydubychi” station, boarding and alighting will take place on Track 3; at the “Darnitsa” station, on Tracks 1 or 2.

The additional trains will stop at the “Bereznyaki” station.

In addition to the circular commuter train “shuttles,” you can use scheduled commuter and regional trains traveling to and from Nizhyn, Hrebinka, Konotop, or Slavutych to travel between the right and left banks. These trains make mandatory stops at the “Vydubychi” and “Darnitsa” stations, and commuter trains will also stop at the “Bereznyaky” station.

“Thanks to the combination of additional shuttles and scheduled trains with KSE trains, up to six trips will run between the banks during peak hours, so you won’t have to wait long for the next train,” Kyiv City Express assures.
