A major outage occurred at Kyiv Digital

Technical issues have arisen with the “Kyiv Digital” app and the Kyiv Services Portal. Due to this outage, users are temporarily unable to fully access some of the services.

In particular, users may experience difficulties logging in to the app and the portal, as well as using their electronic digital signature.

The “Kyiv Digital” press office reported that the problem is related to a malfunction in government information systems.

Specialists are already working to restore full access to the services. It is noted that the problem is temporary.
