Lilia Rebrik has been named an Honored Artist of Ukraine
Today, March 27, the President of Ukraine presented state awards to leading figures in the theater arts, marking their professional holiday.
Among the many honorees, renowned actress and TV host Lilia Rebrik drew particular attention.
According to the official decree, the President awarded Lilia Rebrik the title of Honored Artist of Ukraine for her significant personal contribution to the development of national culture.
The document states that the award was granted to “Liliya Ivanivna Rebrik—drama actress—leading stage artist of the Kyiv National Academic Youth Theater.”
Lilia Rebrik has already reacted to the good news on her social media, posting a screenshot of the presidential decree.
“Here’s the news this morning,” the actress laconically commented on the event in her Instagram blog.
For the star, who has been working at the Young Theater since 2001, this recognition is a logical confirmation of her long-standing dedication to the stage.
In addition to her acting career, Rebrik is well known to Ukrainian audiences as a successful TV host of popular entertainment and morning shows.
The actress has dozens of roles in theater productions and film projects under her belt, making her one of the most recognizable figures in the contemporary Ukrainian media landscape.
