Matt Reeves has revealed the cast of the Batman sequel
American director Matt Reeves has shared new details about the second installment of the "Batman" film. In particular, he revealed the names of the actors who will play the lead roles in the upcoming sequel.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson will return to the film. Also joining the cast is Scarlett Johansson, who, according to rumors, will first star in the horror film "The Exorcism of the Devil" before beginning filming on "The Batman." However, it is still unknown exactly what role she will play.
The roles of actors Sebastian Stan and Charles Dance, who will also be working on Matt Reeves’ film, are also being kept under wraps. The cast will also include Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis, Colin Farrell, Jamie Lawson, Gil Perez-Abraham, Sebastian Koch, and Brian Tyree Henry.
By the way, it was previously reported that filming has already begun, and the premiere of “Batman 2” is scheduled for October 2027.
