Former Ukrainian singer Nastya Kamenskykh became the butt of jokes right during a live broadcast of the talent show “Fabrika Zirok.” The show’s host, Volodymyr Dantes, brought up the singer’s scandalous “brush” incident from the stage and ironically remarked that, unlike his colleague, the Ukrainian language would certainly not cause the show’s contestants any similar health problems.
“By the way, our contestants aren’t afraid of the brush, so all the songs are exclusively in Ukrainian,” Dantes said.
The sharp joke was made during the first prime-time show, which aired on Sweet TV, and sparked a storm of reaction in the audience. The audience began to applaud loudly, laugh, and shout, thereby expressing their disapproval of Kamenskykh’s stance on the language issue.
