Warner Bros. has released the first full-length trailer for the sci-fi film *Dune: Part Three*, which will conclude director Denis Villeneuve’s trilogy. The film will be released in Ukrainian theaters on December 17.

The trailer premiere took place with director Denis Villeneuve and lead actor Timothée Chalamet in attendance. A special screening was organized for fans in Los Angeles, and the trailer was simultaneously shown in IMAX theaters in Chicago, Dallas, Toronto, Montreal, London, Berlin, Mexico City, and Abu Dhabi. A Ukrainian-dubbed version of the trailer is now available on the Warner Bros. Pictures Ukraine YouTube channel.

The events of the third installment, based on Frank Herbert’s novel *Dune: Messiah*, take place 17 years after the conclusion of the previous film. The protagonist, Paul Atreides—played once again by Timothée Chalamet—is now the emperor, forced to confront the consequences of his own reign.

The trailer features the main antagonist, Skytale, played by Robert Pattinson, who seeks to overthrow Paul and enlist Irulan Corrino (Florence Pugh) in his plans. The trailer also focuses on Chani (Zendaya), whose relationship with Paul has become strained following his marriage to Irulan, and the return of Duncan Idaho (Jason Momoa), who died in the first film.

Denise Villeneuve previously described the third installment as the most personal work in the trilogy. According to the director, while the first film was more contemplative and the second was a war drama, the final film will be more dynamic and suspenseful. It places special emphasis on the relationship between Paul and Chani, which develops against a backdrop of political conflict and personal loss.

The streaming platform HBO Max has announced the release of the series “Dune: The Prophecy,” which will serve as a prequel to Denis Villeneuve’s original films.

The second installment of “Dune” grossed over $178 million at the global box office during its opening weekend.
