The dollar is rising, the euro is falling: The NBU has set the exchange rates for August 25
The National Bank of Ukraine set the official exchange rates for August 25. The dollar continued its gradual rise, while the euro fell after its previous increase.
The dollar exchange rate was set at 44.70 UAH, which is 5 kopecks higher than the previous day.
At the same time, the euro fell by 9 kopecks to 52.15 UAH.
Thus, the foreign exchange market is currently experiencing minor fluctuations: the U.S. dollar is gradually strengthening, while the euro has corrected downward following its previous rise.

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) have exposed a criminal organization operating under the leadership of current and former members of the Ukrainian Parliament, with the involvement of high-ranking officials from the Office of the President of Ukraine and other individuals. Anti-corruption authorities have released the full audio recording related to the case.
As a reminder, Stolar confirmed that NABU conducted searches at his home as part of Operation Forest Gump.
Searches are also being conducted at Sens Bank as part of a special anti-corruption operation by NABU and the SAP.
