Strategy, managed by Michael Saylor, is at risk of being excluded from key stock indices such as the MSCI USA and Nasdaq 100. According to forecasts, up to $2.8 billion could be withdrawn from passive funds investing in these indices. If other index providers do not also include the company, the amount could reach up to $8.8 billion. This decision, expected by January 15, 2026, could critically affect the liquidity of Strategy, which currently manages approximately $9 billion in assets through ETFs and mutual funds.

Michael Saylor claims that the company is able to withstand an 80-90% drop in bitcoin without threatening its existence, thanks to its stable capital structure and low debt load.
