Gold prices in Ukraine have risen to 6,500 hryvnias per gram
As of August 27, the purchase price of bank gold in Ukraine is 6,557.96 UAH per gram, or about $147.
Gold that needs to be refined to meet quality standards is valued at 6,538.29 UAH per gram, while metal that does not meet the requirements for bank-grade gold is valued at 6,492.38 UAH.
Since the beginning of August, the price of gold has risen by approximately 3–4%. The price is influenced by the hryvnia exchange rate, global precious metal prices, and the overall situation on international markets.

In August, the price of gold rose by about 9%, indicating a recovery in demand for the precious metal as a safe-haven asset. After a recent drop from its all-time high, its price has once again approached $4,400 per ounce.
Gold prices fell below $4,500 per ounce for the first time since February.
