The dollar and the euro are falling in value: what exchange rate did the NBU set on August 27?
On August 27, the National Bank of Ukraine set the official exchange rate for the dollar at 44.57 UAH and for the euro at 52.00 UAH, which is 10 and 8 kopecks lower, respectively, than the previous day. The hryvnia also strengthened slightly against other major currencies, including the Polish zloty, which is worth 12.10 UAH.

Over the past week, the U.S. dollar has depreciated, while the euro, British pound, Swiss franc, and Polish zloty have appreciated.
