In Ghana, Andurar describes AI assistant for finding HR documents — MyJoyOnline
In Ghana, Andurar has described Auris, an internal AI assistant for finding approved HR information within organizations. As MyJoyOnline reports, the service is intended to help employees, managers, and HR specialists find information more quickly on leave rules, disciplinary procedures, employment documents, and internal guidelines.
The article notes that HR departments often spend time answering questions whose information is already contained in employee handbooks, HR policies, employment documents, shared file repositories, or email correspondence. According to Andurar's description, Auris is designed to answer queries formulated in plain language based on sources to which the user has authorized access.
Search through approved documents
The company said that Auris's knowledge base can include HR policies, employee handbooks, procedures, employment documents, internal guidance, onboarding materials for new employees, as well as approved employment and regulatory information. When necessary, the assistant can direct the user to the original source of the answer.

Andurar emphasizes that the service is not intended to make decisions in disciplinary cases, assess employment relationship issues, or determine resolutions in sensitive cases. Its task is described as quickly finding the required document for a person who will then apply professional judgment.
Preserving internal knowledge
The company cited Auris's ability to record and make more accessible knowledge that may remain in personal folders, email inboxes, or the memory of individual employees as a separate advantage. According to Andurar's assessment, this may reduce an organization's dependence on employees who are on leave, changing positions, or leaving.
Andurar also operates in robotic process automation, hybrid cloud infrastructure, data centers, backup, data recovery, and cybersecurity.
