East Pipes signs $12.27 million contract with Saudi Aramco — Asharq Al-Awsat
Saudi company East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry has signed a five-month contract with Saudi Aramco for the manufacture and supply of steel pipes. The value of the agreement exceeds 46 million Saudi riyals, or $12.27 million, including value-added tax.
Contract signed on September 22
The contract was officially signed on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, after the contract award procedures were completed on the same day. The agreement was reported by Asharq Al-Awsat.

East Pipes said it expects a positive financial impact from the contract. According to the company’s estimate, this impact is expected to be reflected in its financial results for the fourth quarter of the 2026–2027 fiscal year.
Agreement without related parties
The company also said that no related parties were involved in the agreement. The contract was concluded on ordinary commercial terms in accordance with transparency and corporate governance requirements.
